CHRIS TONEY

Upon receiving his Bachelor’s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University, Chris began his career in the insurance industry, helping the company grow substantially and eventually becoming the top insurance adviser in the entire nation for a period of time with one of the most nationally prestigious carriers.

With several successful years in the insurance industry, Chris and his family decided to step out of their comfort zone and moved to their dream location of Charlotte, NC to raise two beautiful children.

At only 27 years of age with his contagious passion and drive to succeed, Chris is determined to not only help the hundreds of iDealFurniture store owners, KozyHome owners, and distribution centers save millions of dollars in logistics alone, but also help the logistics drivers to have a prosperous and efficient delivery business.


CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

TERRY FLEMING

Terry Fleming is a seasoned executive with an extensive track-record of building long-lasting, high-value relationships with key business partners around the world.

Prior to joining WhiteGlove4Less, Terry held leadership roles at Malwarebytes and Webroot Software, where he helped propel them both into hyper-growth. He has built several commercial software programs and ecommerce web sites and co-authored portions of “The High-Tech Marketing Companion”, published by Addison-Wesley.

Terry’s relationship-building talents drive the execution side of the WhiteGlove4Less vision; architecting high-value carrier relationships and leveraging unique technology solutions to align shipments with drivers in increasingly innovative and profitable ways.

Terry and his wife Jackie are life-long residents of Chicagoland where they raised their two sons.


PRESIDENT OF LICENSING

BRYAN TRAVIS

Bryan graduated from Western Oregon University and University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Social Science. He excelled in athletics playing two years of college football along with a short career playing Minor League Baseball. These experiences helped to prepare him for a 26 plus year career as a sales professional. His time selling has covered a diverse group of industries including 9 years in Major League Baseball (Front Office), 7 years in commercial printing, and the most recent 10 years in the Safety Regulatory and Compliance Testing Services field.

His proven sales track record at local, regional, and global levels perfectly compliments the WhiteGlove4Less brand and business model in both domestic and international markets. Bryan believes strongly in a consultative team approach matching the correct solution with the client’s need, for a win-win outcome that benefits everyone. As President of WhiteGlove4Less Licensing, Bryan spearheads licensing sales in the US and International markets.

Bryan, his Fiancé and two daughters currently reside in Bend, Oregon. He values time with family and enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling, and being in the great outdoors.


FOUNDER EMERITUS

LARRY KOZIN

Larry Kozin is very involved with his businesses, family, and helping others. He is the Founder and CEO of New Economy Marketing Group, Inc. Holdings, which includes many other companies he founded. Among them, iDealFurniture, with over 100 locations; PerfectDreamer Mattress; BigTicketBroker; KozyFurniture; FurnitureBroker and many others in different stages of development. Through these involvements and putting his life experiences and skills into practical application, Larry has built sales teams of thousands of individuals in multiple organizations. He also currently serves as CEO of the Furniture Chamber of Commerce.​

Previously, Larry founded and served as President of the National Chamber of Commerce and Federal Chamber of Commerce from 1999-2002. He also founded the MainStreetChamber of Commerce in 2006, serving as CEO until its sale in 2014, after establishing over 150 chapters. He also owned and/or operated over 250 mattress and furniture stores, while his ex-wife and son have operated the original conception out of the same residence in San Juan Capistrano, California since 1982.

Today, Larry is excited to keep broadening his horizons and growing through helping others. Showing individuals how you can blend spirituality with business ownership and create multiple streams of income with better results in less time is the foundation of much of his work—as well as what allows him to be involved in so many opportunities. He is also a co-author for the upcoming book, Cracking the Code to Success, with renowned author and sales expert Brian Tracy.

Larry lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Angie and their beloved feline, Kozy!


CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

JEFF RUBINSTEIN

Jeff began his career in Finance and Marketing at Anixter, Inc and then U.S. Robotics. He went on to own two The UPS Stores for nine years, building each of these by triple digits before selling them. Jeff has held various financial, marketing, and sales positions at Chase Bank, Kelly Services, and Sunbelt Business Brokers before joining NewEconomyMarketingGroup, Inc as CFO.

Jeff holds a BA degree in Economics from Indiana University.

SEAN CONWAY

A 15 year IT veteran with a wide range of skills and experience, is a man who somehow manages to combine high levels of experience and competence in the IT world, with a down to earth and easy to talk to demeanor. One of those rare individuals who really understands the nuts and bolts of technology, and who can also sit down and talk business with anyone. Able to take complex topics and make them easy for anyone to understand, Sean is the perfect CTO who has the ability to Plan, procure, and implement robust networks for any size operation, and who can also then keep them running, train a staff to keep running, or just let the boss know what “needs to be done”.Sean is a subject matter expert on; Web Design and Development, Programming, Server Operating systems (Microsoft, Unix, Etc), Personal Computing, Networking, Internet Hosting.

For a business that loves technology as we do, Sean is a fantastic asset to our team, and is a cornerstone of our plans for the near future.

John realizes the long-term success of WG4L is directly related to the success of its team. He has surrounded himself with a team of veteran leaders and visionary thinkers poised to take WG4L to the top of the industry. An ambitious goal no doubt, but one that the entire team shares and will pursue with unbridled passion, while honoring the company’s values and goals with absolute integrity.

John’s entrepreneurial spirit and leadership help drive the vision of WG4L. A dynamic speaker, he is well respected in the relationship marketing industry and is considered by many, to be one of the most effective trainers and motivators in the industry.

John’s experience, passion and vision will allow for future expansion into some of the strongest markets in the world.


CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

JARED MATTEO

With a background consisting of strong sales and management skills, Jared moved to Las Vegas, NV, in the summer of ’01. At that time, Las Vegas was considered the Mecca of call centers of the world. This gave Jared ample opportunity to develop a wide range of skills including customer relations, marketing roles, office, shift, and dept management, statistic analysis, supportive roles in dept strategies, and expanding an extensive knowledge of computer programs for a multitude of needs, etc

Within the past decade, he has held titles such as Executive Director to MainStreetChamber and Chief Marketing Officer to iDealFurniture, and currently, Brand Management Specialist to NewEconomyMarketingGroup. Creativity is a survival tool, with a strong one to boot, Jared used this to hone in on Website Development and Brand Management with a strong emphasis on Social Media Branding and Management to enhance a company’s brand in the public’s eye. He coordinates and manages content management and information sharing among departments, divisions and external customers and divisions. Provides design and direction for collateral, web, and other visual communications media for the several companies under the NewEconomyMarketingGroup umbrella-company.
